Faced with this logistical no-man's-land, Kactus is entering 2026 with a miracle cure, or almost. The MICE specialist is today launching a highly promising application. The new tool centralises - at last - the booking of venues and service providers and all the operational preparations for the event. It allows you to create a dedicated, customisable site for each event, organise polls to choose the dates, and customise the registration form. The tool can then be used to send invitations and track registrations, while collecting information on participants: dietary restrictions, transport, choice of activities, accommodation, etc. The application automates the management of rooming lists, and centralises communication with all the service providers involved. Finally, during the event, the platform can be used to manage interaction with participants. Ultimately, organisers have access to a real-time dashboard that gives them a consolidated view of the event from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claiming \"&nbsp;<em>a clear product vision that
