Since the beginning of February, business travellers visiting the La D\u00e9fense business district for a few days or weeks have had a new apartment hotel at their disposal, the Adagio Access Nanterre. This opening had been in the pipeline since the announcement of the partnership between the long-stay subsidiary of Accor and Pierre & Vacances and the Sergic property group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement covers nine establishments to strengthen Adagio's offering in France, and enables Adagio to add a new address to its Access budget chain in the Paris region, which now has 21 establishments in the Ile-de-France region, compared with 20 Adagio Original establishments. Three further openings are planned for the region in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located close to the Paris la D\u00e9fense Arena and Paris University, within the new mixed-use development \"La Place des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations\", the Adagio Access Nanterre offers 132 flats for visiting professionals, including four accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as a bar, launderette and gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
