Opened last autumn in the Batignolles district, the Joli M\u00f4me hotel offers them a selection of wines and cheeses to share at the end of the day, between 6pm and 7pm, seated around a long table in the convivial basement area. Dedicated to breakfast in the morning, it can be used during the day as a place to work or for informal meetings, and comes alive at aperitif time, before guests head off to dine in one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is one of the thoughtful touches offered by this guesthouse-style hotel, alongside other hot drinks available at all hours, afternoon tea, and freshly popped popcorn. To encourage interaction, Joli M\u00f4me also stands out with its programme of creative workshops \u2013 ceramics, dried flower arrangements, seasonal creations \u2013 organised in collaboration with local artists and businesses, with a focus on embedding itself within the community.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This welcoming atmosphere continues in the rooms, where upon arrival you'll find a tote bag, some cakes on the bed, and an \"exploded rose that one places next to it,\" as Ferr\u00e9 might have sung. On the mirror, a handwritten welcome note, personalised according to the guests' reason for their stay and their previously requested preferences, such as desired room temperature or a sweet or savoury preference.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
