Taxis, another major player in the business travel market, have just had their fares increased from 1 January 2012. Specifically, the minimum fare will now be \u20ac6.40 (+3.7%). The fare for an hour's waiting time or slow walking time has also been increased to 32.75 euros, compared with 29.25 euros previously. The other new feature in 2012 will concern equipment: a mixed development for business travellers, since expense claims will be facilitated by new-generation ticket machines capable of printing out invoices.
