This is because the destination is already well-known in the French corporate market as the industrial capital of Mexico and a leading university hub, recognised internationally. The presence of numerous French companies will clearly contribute to the success of the new route to this region of Nuevo Leon. Particularly on the return journey, with an overnight flight landing on Paris tarmac at 9:45 am: ideal for smoothly starting a productive day, rested, especially for business passengers (Premier One Class) who will have enjoyed a seat that reclines 180 degrees \u2013 with a topper thrown in. And for the more studious, Wi-Fi is also available in all classes, and even unlimited in business class. Monterrey is preparing to host four matches of the 2026 World Cup, held jointly by Canada, the United States, and therefore Mexico, next June. This will further enhance the destination's visibility and provide an opportunity to modernise infrastructure. A monorail is currently under construction, with the aim of connecting \u2013 in the more or less long term \u2013 the international airport to the city centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\" <em>With the FIFA World Cup in view, this direct flight puts Mexico at the heart of the international stage, allowing French visitors to experience this major event up close and strengthening the country's position as a leading global tourist destination.<\/em> This was also welcomed by the Mexican Ambassador to France, Blanca Jim\u00e9nez Cisneros, during the inauguration ceremony for the Paris-Monterrey flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For what it's worth \u2013 and to stay on the subject of football \u2013 by chance, the French flag was displayed by the Monterrey stadium in XXL size a few days after this inauguration. It was in honour of French star Andr\u00e9-Pierre Gignac, for his last match with his local club, Tigres de Monterrey\u2026 Probably a good omen for Aeromexico's new route, and perhaps a new customer for the direct flight!<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aeromexico has just inaugurated a new flight from Paris CDG.
