Although cancellations have fallen below the 10% level seen in April, according to Cirium, the situation in the Middle East remains turbulent, and rising oil prices and difficulties in securing kerosene supplies are weighing on the global aviation industry. An updated overview, airline by airline, of cancelled flights and fuel surcharges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European companies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AIR FRANCE<\/strong> has suspended its service to Riyadh until May 27th, to Tel Aviv until June 7th, and to Beirut and Dubai until June 10th (i.e., until June 11th, 2026, for flights departing from Dubai). TRANSAVIA, for its part, has cancelled its services to Tel Aviv and Beirut until July 5th. KLM has stopped its flights to and from Riyadh and Dammam until July 12th, and to Dubai until August 2nd. The Dutch airline also announces disruptions on its flights to Tel Aviv and Beirut until June 11th and 18th respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AEGEAN AIRLINES<\/strong> It resumed its flights to Tel Aviv at the end of April and to Beirut on 12 May. It is expected to relaunch services to Amman and Riyadh on 21 May, according to Al Arabiya. Flights to Dubai will not resume before the end of August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AIR EUROPA <\/strong>has suspended its flights to and from Tel Aviv until June 28th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BRITISH AIRWAYS <\/strong>will not resume its flights to Dubai, Doha and Tel Aviv before the 1er<\/sup> August, according to Reuters. As for Abu Dhabi, connections will not resume until October 25th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FINNAIR<\/strong> has suspended its flights to Doha until July 2nd and does not expect to resume services to Dubai until October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IBERIA <\/strong>suspend some of its flights to Tel Aviv or Doha, but reroutes its customers via code-share flights with EL AL and Qatar Airways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT Polish Airlines<\/strong> cancels its [flights] to and from Tel Aviv until 30 May, and to and from Riyadh until 30 June, while not serving Beirut airport until 27 June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LUFTHANSA, SWISS, BRUSSELS AIRLINES, AUSTRIAN AIRLINES, ITA AIRWAYS and EUROWINGS<\/strong> will progressively resume their links to Tel Aviv airport, starting with Austrian Airlines on the 1ster<\/sup> June, likely followed by SWISS, Lufthansa, and ITA in early July. Only Brussels Airlines does not plan to serve Tel Aviv until the end of October. Similarly, all these airlines have suspended service to Dubai until September 13. Abu Dhabi, Amman, Beirut, Dammam, Riyadh, Erbil, Muscat, and Tehran: all these destinations will not be served before October 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
