With its panel of 425 centres in 19 countries, the association was able to use a wide range of data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsurprisingly, the study published by the IACC focused in particular on the current trend: artificial intelligence. And according to the report\u2019s authors, conference centres are not \u2013 or not yet \u2013 using AI to compensate for staff cuts. The technology is mainly used for marketing (45%) and data analysis (41%).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/iacc-26.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-223927\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/iacc-26.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/iacc-26-300x137-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/iacc-26-18x8-derived.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Meeting Room of the Future, IACC<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/iacc-future-meeting-room\/\" data-id=\"150437\">Meeting Room of the Future: organisers surveyed by IACC<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Still on the subject of new technologies, it is worth noting that the roll-out of Wi-Fi is not yet complete. 87% of conference centres have invested in their internet infrastructure over the past two years. And 64% plan to do so by 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the \u2018Meeting Room of the Future\u2019 study predicts that cybersecurity will play a key role in the near future. 80% of respondents believe it will be a priority over the next two years.
