Expected in 2027, it will clearly target business clientele. Its proximity to Messe Frankfurt already guarantees it a continuous demand in the business tourism market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scandic Hotels Group CEO Jens Mathiesen makes no secret of it: \" With a third hotel in Frankfurt, we are strengthening our presence in one of Europe's most important financial metropolises, characterised by strong all-year-round business activity and significant visitor flows.<\/em> \".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment will feature 296 rooms, a restaurant and bar area, and a 100 m\u00b2 outdoor terrace. For MICE, event spaces will be located on the ground floor, with five rooms offering a total area of 500 m\u00b2 for hosting meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
