Cette offre d\u00e9passe la derni\u00e8re proposition de Castlelake, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 5,5 milliards de livres, soit 6,90 livres (9,31 dollars) par action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"1062\">La compagnie a indiqu\u00e9 que son conseil d&rsquo;administration avait conclu \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 que les conditions financi\u00e8res de l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;Apollo \u00e9taient suffisamment attractives pour \u00eatre recommand\u00e9es aux actionnaires, revenant ainsi sur sa pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente position favorable \u00e0 Castlelake. \u00ab <em>En cons\u00e9quence, le conseil d&rsquo;administration n&rsquo;est plus dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 recommander la proposition de Castlelake<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 easyJet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1561\">Apollo affirme vouloir soutenir la strat\u00e9gie actuelle d&rsquo;easyJet plut\u00f4t que de d\u00e9manteler ou de restructurer le transporteur low-cost. Le fonds s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 \u00e0 conserver l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dirigeante actuelle et \u00e0 poursuivre les investissements dans le renouvellement de la flotte, les revenus annexes, le programme de fid\u00e9lisation et le d\u00e9veloppement de la branche tour-op\u00e9rateur, easyJet Holidays.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1561\"><strong>Plaire aux actionnaires actuels<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1991\">L&rsquo;une des particularit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;Apollo est qu&rsquo;elle permettrait aux actionnaires actuels de conserver une participation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, au lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre contraints de vendre leurs actions comme le souhaitait Castlelake.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1991\">Cette disposition pourrait notamment s\u00e9duire le fondateur d&rsquo;easyJet, Stelios Haji-Ioannou, et sa famille, qui d\u00e9tiennent ensemble plus de 15 % du capital. Apollo a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il maintiendrait l&rsquo;accord de licence de la marque easyJet, en vertu duquel Stelios Haji-Ioannou per\u00e7oit des redevances.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2801\">Apollo a \u00e9galement jusqu&rsquo;au 7 ao\u00fbt pour d\u00e9poser une offre ferme. Le fonds a indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il prendrait \u00e9galement toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour respecter les r\u00e8gles de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne imposant qu&rsquo;une compagnie
