This is what an inquiry commissioned by reveals. <strong>Perk <\/strong>Amongst over 8,000 professionals from the UK, USA, Spain, Germany, and France, conducted online by Censuswide last April of employees travelling at least twice a year for work within companies of over 250 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the space that Perk (formerly TravelPerk) intends to occupy with Entry Ready. The two companies claim processing times are 20 % shorter than when applying directly via a government website. Entry Ready thus becomes the second project to emerge from the \u2018Real Work Incubator\u2019 following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/perk-events-mice-automates\/\">Perk Events, the MICE module unveiled in January<\/a>He confirms the trajectory set at the end of 2025 during the name change from TravelPerk to Perk, already presented as a shift towards the automation of administrative travel tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the rollout actually began earlier: since January, an initial phase of automatic detection of visa requirements has already been applied to over 500,000 journeys, without payment being associated. <em>Entry Ready eliminates all confusion, performs all checks<\/em> \u201c, sums up Nikita Miller, director of products at Perk, for whom the stakes go beyond comfort: an administrative blockage can cost a meeting or a contract. \u201c <em>Entry Ready places visa information exactly where we need it at the point of booking. This is precisely the kind of integrated solution we require to ensure the efficiency of our travel programme.<\/em> \u00bb testifies Sacha Gerritsen, Corporate Travel Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com, for her part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/travelperk-nom-juste-perk\/\" data-id=\"210635\">\"His name is Perk. Just Perk\"<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-highlight-box\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-chiffres-a-retenir\">The key figures <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data published by Perk, exposure to risk varies across markets: 57 % of the American travellers surveyed had to pay an additional fee to fast-track a visa application, compared with an average of 47 % across the entire panel. A third of respondents (34 %) had a work-related plan delayed for this reason, and 16 % cancelled a trip altogether. In financial terms, 32 % of travellers say they submit a visa-related expense claim at least once a month, without being reimbursed for the full amount of these
