The Spanish hotel group has obtained approval from the local authorities, and is due to start work in the second half of 2012. The four-star establishment will be located on First Street North, and will offer 208 rooms and a range of facilities for business meetings.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div>Melia
