The market had been buzzing with the acquisition of Wojo by International Workplace Group (IWG) since the possibility was revealed by the media outlet Business Immo. This is now a done deal with the announcement by the world leader in flexible workspace of the acquisition of the co-working spaces launched ten years ago by Accor and Bouygues Immobilier through a joint venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IWG, already by far the world\u2019s number one with more than 6,000 sites under contract in 120 countries \u2013 far ahead of its competitor WeWork and its 600 locations \u2013 is further strengthening its market position. Through this transaction, the group is adding 186 further workspaces and making Wojo one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
