On 3rd August, the TMC unveiled a new wave of features across its Complete, Egencia and Neo platforms, centred on artificial intelligence. The new additions focus on travel programme visibility for travel managers, disruption management for travellers, and the expansion of the Guest T&amp;E platform dedicated to non-employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drew Crawley, President of Amex GBT, explains: \u201c <em>The debate over the value of business travel is shifting from how much was spent to what that travel has achieved. We are investing in technology, data and expertise to support this evolution, so that our clients and travellers can answer that question with confidence<\/em> \".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/concur-amex-gbt-alliance-complete\/\" data-id=\"208847\">Amex GBT teams up with SAP Concur to launch Complete all-in-one solution<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/american-express-gbt.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-228245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/american-express-gbt.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/american-express-gbt-300x200-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/american-express-gbt-18x12-derived.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Amex GBT<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>For travel managers, an AI-powered dashboard is being rolled out for Egencia clients, drawing on more than a petabyte of travel data to provide a centralised, real-time view of programme performance, complete with an AI-generated summary, an efficiency score and proactive alerts. On Complete, an out-of-programme spend visibility feature is also available, cross-referencing data from Concur Travel and Amex GBT, including bookings made outside the programme. For travellers, the Complete mobile app now integrates real-time disruption management, featuring notifications, self-service trip modifications and automatic handling of airline expenses. Supplier and loyalty benefits are also integrated directly into the Complete booking journey, a feature that will subsequently be rolled out to Egencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/amex-gbt-connects-egencia-ai-claude\/\" data-id=\"227549\">Amex GBT connects Egencia AI to Claude for AI booking<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-guest-t-amp-e-etoffe-mais-un-deploiement-international-encore-progressif\">Enhanced Guest T&amp;E, but international rollout remains gradual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Guest T&amp;E platform, designed for travel and expense management for non-staff members, is gaining new features: the ability to set up travel policies on a per-event basis, pre-filled booking details, and a centralised view of bookings. However, it is currently only available in the United States and the United Kingdom; its roll-out to Australia is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by Singapore, Belgium, France and Germany in subsequent phases, with no specific timetable yet announced. Features such as AI-assisted virtual card budgeting and AI-generated event pages are on the 2026 roadmap, but are not yet available. Amex GBT reports initial results from its corporate clients: event creation time reduced to five minutes, compared with up to four hours when managed manually; a saving of ten hours per event thanks to automated reconciliation; and a self-service booking rate of 94.5 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p><em>what we are announcing today reflects the scale of the investments we are making across our entire portfolio, from programme intelligence for travel managers to seamless disruption management for travellers, right through to a fully integrated solution for non-employee travel<\/em><\/p><cite>Evan Konwiser, Chief Product &amp; Strategy Officer of Amex GBT<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-nouvelle-etape-dans-l-alliance-avec-sap-concur\">A new step in the alliance with SAP Concur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since October 2025, Amex GBT has multiplied its strategic announcements: the alliance with SAP Concur, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/amex-gbt-benefits-ia\/\">the integration of CWT<\/a>, followed by the launch in late July of an Egencia AI connector within Claude. This announcement does not concern the integration of Complete with external AI assistants \u2013 which was already covered at that time \u2013 but rather the enhancement of the platforms themselves.
