The unions had initially suspended their action in July to allow management and several union delegates to focus on managing the fires that affected the Gironde and impacted the Bordeaux base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" id=\"h-rachat-par-un-fonds-americain-en-toile-de-fond\">Takeover by an American fund in the background<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Beyond scheduling issues, the protest is part of a broader climate of mistrust, fuelled by the prospect of easyJet being bought by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/easyjet-apollo-buyout\/\">US investment fund Apollo<\/a>At the end of July, SNPNC-FO condemned a logic of staff cost reduction that traditionally accompanies this type of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The unions particularly criticise management for the chronic instability of shift rosters, rotations arranged with check-in sometimes set just 25 minutes before departure, the multiplication of \"trippings\" (chains of flights and layovers over several
