The Hoxton is continuing to work on its global expansion. While awaiting its arrival in Madrid in the coming months, through the transformation of the former ME by Meli\u00e1 located in the heart of the Spanish capital on Plaza Santa Ana, the upscale and lifestyle brand by Ennismore \u2013 and therefore the Accor group \u2013 has finalised several projects that will extend its presence in major global cities. Whether in Bengaluru, Melbourne or Dubai, for the most recently announced development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expected in 2027, The Hoxton, Dubai Media City will be housed within the walls of a former Radisson Blu, which closed for renovation at the start of the conflict in the Middle East. Repositioned as a lifestyle hotel under the supervision of the AIME Studios interior design team \u2013 and at a cost of several million dirhams \u2013 this future next-generation Hoxton will offer 230 rooms and bring the brand's distinctive DNA to the Dubai Media City district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is to say with a lively lobby and appealing catering, provided by Paris Society, marked by the launch of two new concepts: a Japanese handroll bar, Onaka, in collaboration with the French chef Mo\u00efse Sfez, and a friendly sports bar, Bleachers, allowing business travellers not to miss the Champions League or other major events during their trips. All of this is in addition to other Paris Society offerings, including the trattoria Il Bambini Club and Tope, The Hoxton's signature rooftop concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brand's debut in Dubai will mark another first with its very first wellness club, combining a fitness space, studios and spa treatment rooms. However, nothing was revealed about the hotel's MICE offering during the announcement of this upcoming development, but the property had a dozen meeting rooms before its closure, the largest of which could accommodate 150 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new hotel in Mexico City, a project in Bangkok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While The Hoxton Dubai Media City will enhance the emirate's contemporary hotel offering following other Ennismore brands such as 25Hours and Mama Shelter, Accor's lifestyle subsidiary is also looking towards other continents. In this context, travellers heading to Mexico City for business will from today find a Hyde hotel in the heart of the Mexican capital, on the iconic Paseo de la Reforma. Perfectly located in this key district of Mexico City, some of its 106 rooms even offer a view of the famous Angel of Independence statue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new establishment is part of the transformation of two towers built in the era of Mexican modernism, in the 1950s and 1960s, to bring to life the Hyde Mexico City Reforma, as well as the future SO\/ Mexico City Reforma. Two contemporary hotels\u2014the first upscale and with a bohemian spirit, and the other more luxurious and focused on art and fashion\u2014will share a single lobby in a vast atrium decorated with sculptures and tapestries by Mexican artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, the hotels will pool their dining addresses, with the Hyde already offering a Japanese bar-restaurant, Enzu, ahead of the opening this autumn of a modular terrace on the 4th floore<\/sup> floor, hosting a morning caf\u00e9 and an evening cocktail bar, which will connect the two hotels. On the accommodation side, as for the Hyde Mexico City Reforma, the latter offers business travellers 106 rooms, studios and suites, in addition to a gym and flexible event spaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ennismore's global brand tour will also stop in Bangkok further down the line, with the opening in 2029 of a 25hours hotel located in the future CenTRal cENtrAL multi-use complex, bringing together retail spaces, bars and restaurants, next-generation offices and high-end hospitality.
