The new Egencia Hotel interface made official on Tuesday by the business travel agency is based on an intuitive presentation. The aim is to enable the business traveller to limit the process to three stages: search, location and booking, in order to find the hotel of their choice more efficiently. The Travel Manager should benefit from greater control over travel policy and hotel programmes thanks to a customisable configuration integrated into a single booking interface, while taking advantage of exclusive rates negotiated by Egencia. The new TMC tool also incorporates a tracking function, making it easier to locate business travellers during their journeys, so they can react quickly and effectively in the event of a crisis. \"Christophe Peymirat, Senior Vice President, Egencia EMEA & APAC, comments: \"A large part of successful business travel is preparation: finding the right mix of hotel, flight and other transport options.
