This is one of the key findings of the study just published by In Extenso (Deloitte) on the hotel residence market, which is continuing the growth that began in the late 1980s.<\/p>\n

Primarily aimed at the business clientele, the offer of hotel residences is now well structured around a handful of groups. Alone, the five leading players (Adagio, Appart\u2019City, R\u00e9side Etudes\/Residhome, Park&Suites and Citadines) account for more than half of the accommodation offer. The study also makes it possible to identify the geographical areas where the growth of the hotel residence market is strongest: Nice (+19%dth accommodation in 2011 to 2012), Cannes (+16%th), Toulouse (+10%th), Strasbourg (+10%th) and the north of \u00cele-de-France (+6%th). On the other hand, the capital\u2019s supply is declining by 5%d years, where the fluctuations in real estate valuation have led many residences to turn to other forms of exploitation, whether it be traditional rental, student housing or hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
