September was a particularly expensive month for the Paris hotel industry. October will be a month of stabilisation. That's according to the Trivago barometer published on Friday, which even shows a slight fall in average rates in Paris. A night's stay in the capital will cost 213 euros this month, making it the third most expensive destination in Europe after Geneva and Venice.
