Named by Concur as the most stressful American airport, Chicago O'Hare suffers, according to the study, from \"the vastness between the boarding gates and the terminals\", the platform's main shortcoming for 56% of the travellers questioned. In New York, the length of queues was cited by one passenger in two (49%) as the reason for JFK's third place in the rankings published on 16 November. In contrast, Dallas-Fort Worth airport was praised for its clear signage (42 %), good WiFi coverage (41 %) and quality catering (41 %).
