We now know more about the new Even Hotel brand, which aims to focus on well-being for business travellers. On 20 December, the IHG group confirmed that the brand's first representative will open in the heart of Manhattan, at 219 E 44th Street, within the next two years. The 23-storey building will feature 230 rooms, meeting rooms and, above all, 8,000 square metres of sports and dining facilities. The New York establishment, the flagship of the brand, should pave the way for around a hundred establishments over the next five years in the American market, including Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
