The quality of the service, the drivers and their vehicles. It's vital that the driver presents himself well, because that's where the first perception comes in. That's why our drivers all have real experience of the job and a certain vocation, as well as specific skills, particularly in terms of foreign languages. Above all, they must also have the psychology to understand customers and adapt to their expectations, as well as discretion, availability and flexibility... The chauffeur-driven car hire service is like a concierge service in a car. It's like spending a night in a palace: you don't go there just to sleep, but for the recognition you get and all the advantages on offer.<\/p>\n

Our customer base is essentially international, accounting for around 95%. The crisis in Europe is therefore offset by travellers from the United States, where the economic recovery is making itself felt, as well as from South America and Asia. But this correlation with the economic context differs from one sector to another: our tourism and hotel business is developing well with the opening of new luxury hotels in Paris, the events market is holding up well, but contracts with companies are more affected. The market for long-term hire with drivers is declining, in favour of one-off orders. The need to save money and set an example is particularly acute in times of crisis.<\/div>\n

It's false competition, we're not talking about the same level of service. These new services are like improved taxis, which cannot guarantee the same level of service. There's no mystery about it: value for money always pays off in the long term, as long as the customer realises the difference. Top-of-the-range customers don't tolerate the unexpected, and by using our services they are buying time. For example, we systematically check flight times to anticipate any changes, we offer an assistance service on the tarmac at the airport to facilitate customs clearance, and we inform the business traveller's assistant and hotel. Massey has been in existence since 1948: we have solid experience, and we intend to adapt to the new expectations of our customers by developing new forms of top-of-the-range services.<\/p>\n
