The agreement made official on 1<sup>er<\/sup> The agreement signed last February with Constellation, owner of the property previously operated by Concorde, will enable the American hotel operator to double its offer in France with the arrival of 1,724 additional rooms. In Paris, where the American group already had three establishments, the Concorde Lafayette is preparing to change its identity and become the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. The H\u00f4tel du Louvre, meanwhile, is set to keep its name, but will come under the Andaz banner. The other two new Hyatt addresses are to be found on the C\u00f4te d'Azur, and here again the establishments are renowned: the Palais de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e in Nice and the famous H\u00f4tel Martinez in Cannes will be rebranded as Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt respectively.
