Since this morning, business travellers have had access to a rail network that is in the process of being decongested: SNCF announced on Wednesday that \"traffic is gradually returning to normal this morning on the network, particularly on the Nord Europe high-speed line where, since 7am, TGVs and then Eurostars and Thalys have resumed their services. Paris is once again linked to the main regional capitals, notably Amiens, Rouen and Caen.
