Above all, it reflects the network's strong growth in the business travel segment since its arrival in 1997, with a business volume of over \u20ac1 billion. \"Companies and travellers are constantly having to deal with unforeseen events, and are looking for a simple, flexible and adaptable service,\" explains Patrick Loison, Chairman of TourCom Travel Management. \"TourCom Travel Management's member agencies, run by passionate entrepreneurs and backed by the network's negotiating power, are in the best position to provide this personalised service.
