What is the profile of this five-star hotel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Laurent Noiriel -<\/strong> This Relais Spa is the first residence in France to be awarded five stars in 2011. With its 463 rooms, it's a small village with a mini-market, dry cleaners, a restaurant with a Flo brasserie, meeting rooms for board meetings, and of course a spa, in association with Nuxe. This is essential these days to attract international customers. We took the gamble of doing something different, something extremely comfortable, inspired directly by city-centre spas. Moments of relaxation are important when you travel a lot, and in addition to a beautiful swimming pool, we offer six treatment rooms with around thirty beauty treatments, as well as anti-jet lag treatments. In fact, we're thinking of extending the spa's opening hours from 10pm to 11.30pm to cater for travellers arriving on evening flights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is R\u00e9side Etudes' position in France?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L. N. :<\/strong> We cover France with 40 two-star S\u00e9jours &amp; Affaires establishments, 23 three- and four-star Residhome establishments and two five-star Relais Spa establishments, at Roissy and Chessy, near Disneyland Paris. With this network in town centres and suburban areas, we're meeting the needs of major accounts that require all categories of accommodation for their executive and non-executive staff or customers, but we're also part of the local economic fabric. For example, we recently opened a Residhome in Valenciennes, a medium-sized town where there was a strong demand for long-stay accommodation, particularly from Toyota.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your Group's development strategy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L. N. : <\/strong>Today, our strategy is to add Residhome properties where we already have a S\u00e9jours &amp; Affaires establishment. If you offer a two-star hotel in Lyon, but no three- or four-star hotel, you run the risk of customers leaving for the competition. After Marseille, Reims and Valenciennes recently, Residhome will be opening in Issy les Moulineaux, Neuilly Plaisance and Roissy in 2014. We're also looking at Bordeaux. And abroad, we're looking at projects in Barcelona, Geneva, Brussels, London and Milan. But before going any further, we want to make sure we find the right partner. If we don't control the quality of our product, it could be destabilising for our brand. In addition, we are developing our range of services by introducing, for example, in addition to breakfasts, a real catering offer in our establishments, with rooms ranging from 40 to 150 covers. Thanks to this, we can also offer our customers snacks in the evening, a bar and strengthen our seminar offering.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the inauguration
