As a result, training time has been cut in half, leaving more time to focus on other, more operational aspects. The 600 or so fare types listed by the SNCF are nonetheless accessible via an optimised display, giving priority to the most common price categories, with 'Pro', 'Flexible leisure' and 'Non-flexible leisure' offers occupying the first columns. The travel agent can thus see fares and availability at a glance, and finally synchronise the data in the Sabre environment.<\/p>\n<p>The trial phase carried out since last April in various organisations - including Frequent Flyer Travel Paris, the pilot TMC - has enabled the tool to be fine-tuned in contact with users, and has revealed decisive time and efficiency savings in the after-sales area, particularly in terms of refunds and other cancellations. The side display can be detailed with a single click, while a 'breadcrumb trail' around the screen provides easier access to the various stages in the booking process.<\/p>\n<p>Version 2 of Sabre Rail SNCF will be available from September, free of charge from the Sabre Red App Centre.
