The difference lies first and foremost in the design and decoration. For the Club de Capital 8, we called on the Marc Hertrich studio, which usually works on high-profile hotels and restaurants. The same goes for the facilities, which must first and foremost give a feeling of fluidity. The same goes for the service, with each member benefiting from personalised support and little 'extras' such as towels or clothes cleaning. The final difference is the cost. Here, a member pays four to five times less than in a public club, because the investment was financed by Unibail and the charges are shared between the various tenant companies.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the advantage of a Club Med Gym Corporate for these companies?<\/h2>\n<p>B. P. : When the group was first set up ten years ago, the main aim was to help companies manage staff stress. Today, the need has evolved: of course, it's still about providing well-being, but it's also about imposing an image. Club Med Gym Corporate has become an internal communication tool, for employees who are offered a complementary service, but also externally, as it enhances the company's image in the eyes of competitors and customers. For property management companies like Unibail or Gecina, with whom we also work, fitness is also used as a lever to market the building. What's more, in this type of district, where property is particularly expensive, it would be almost a lapse of taste not to build a very top-of-the-range fitness centre.<\/p>\n<h2>Apart from Capital 8, what are your flagship websites?<\/h2>\n<p>B. P. : For the moment, of our 23 sites, Capital 8 is perhaps the one that best embodies our vocation and know-how, but also our expertise in multi-company sites. Otherwise, I'm thinking first of all of Canal+'s Club Med Gym Corporate, which was one of the first and is still the largest; I'm also thinking of Accenture's site, which offers a magnificent view, or even more exclusive sites like the one at Boston Consulting Group, opposite the Elys\u00e9e Palace...
