\nWhat are Slovenia's strengths?<\/h2>\n

Lo\u00efc Traissac - Slovenia has one big advantage, which is that within a very limited radius it can meet both cultural expectations in Ljubljana and seaside activities in Piran and Portoroz, as well as winter sports activities in Maribor and Kranjska Gora. Transfer times are short, and borders are quickly crossed.<\/p>\n

What are the most sought-after activities?<\/h2>\n

L. T. - For \"white\" events, the country offers many possibilities in terms of downhill and Nordic skiing. The many caves make it possible to put on original events. During the summer, it's common to combine culture with sporting activities such as cycling challenges. And let's not forget the gastronomy: we often organise tastings of charcuterie and cheese, accompanied by local wines.<\/p>\n

What is the typical profile of an operation in Slovenia?<\/h2>\n

L. T. - These are usually seminars organised from Monday to Friday for up to 200 people, or motivational weekends. Operations can take place all year round, although of course the period from April to the end of October is preferred.<\/p>\n

Slovenia's value for money seems almost unbeatable. The Meetings & Events infrastructure is very much up to scratch. And the well-trained hotel staff are used to events of this kind.<\/p>\n

What about the French market?<\/h2>\n

L. T. - The French clientele is rather rare, but remains relatively stable. Many agencies are unfamiliar with Slovenia and confuse it with other countries such as Slovakia or other former Yugoslav republics.
