On the programme: automatic downloading of travel data and automatic itinerary updates, flight updates, information on delays and cancellations in real time, automatic 'click-to-call' reminders to reach the American Express Global Business Travel teams, and access to maps and itineraries of the cities concerned during the trip.<\/p>\n<p>In the same way that business tools are evolving in depth along the lines of consumer solutions, TripCase is focusing in particular on ease of use for the business traveller. \"We recognise that the needs and expectations of the modern traveller are constantly evolving and that today's business traveller wants access to the same technologies, platforms and services that they use in their private lives,\" notes Katrina Cliffe, Vice President and Managing Director, American Express Global Business Travel Europe. \"TripCase provides a seamless travel experience with secure, near-real-time itinerary updates, ensuring that the user has the most
