But it could well be of interest to more than one business traveller, and many Travel Managers. By making the launch of Ticket Change official with Concur, VoyagExpert has pulled off a major coup in the made-in-France business travel market. The approach is based on a simple observation: a business traveller makes an average of 5 changes to a booking before and after the tickets are issued, with an average credit rate linked to these changes of 12%. In concrete terms, VoyagExpert intends to play on the very sensitive issue of savings, by promoting the reduction in offline processing costs generated by the solution, provided that the booking was made with the travel agency and on the Concur platform. Business travellers can cancel, exchange or reschedule tickets online, without having to call the travel agency. The company benefits from better visibility, in real time, of these changes and the associated ticket costs.<\/p>\n<p>While Concur already offers this functionality to other international agencies,
