The Audi on demand service has recently been trialled in San Francisco, enabling users to reserve the vehicle of their choice - from among the German manufacturer's various models - for a maximum period of 28 days via the eponymous application. The vehicle is then delivered to the home, office or address of the user's choice via a concierge system. By providing the vehicle, the concierge can check with the driver what administrative documents are required - a process that will only be carried out when the vehicle is hired for the first time - and answer any questions he or she may have.
