In total, almost 2,000 Premium Economy seats have been integrated, enabling Lufthansa to maintain its roadmap and expect to complete the roll-out in autumn 2015. The new seats, which are 3 cm wider, feature individual armrests that save up to 10 cm of space on the sides, according to the airline. Business travellers will also be able to recline the seat further, and benefit from a seat pitch of 97 centimetres.
