Located close to terminal 1 and accessible via the CDGVAL, this neighbourhood of offices, shops and hotels will see the opening of three new accommodation complexes by 2018<\/strong>. The first plays on the complementary nature of two Starwood Group brands: Aloft, which is purely hotel-based and very Generation Y, and Element, which is positioned for long stays. All in all, 315 four-star rooms<\/strong> are planned, around a hundred of which will be equipped with a kitchenette.<\/p>\n

For its part, the Spanish group Melia is also taking advantage of ADP's ambitions to unveil its top-of-the-range business brand in France. Innside, a 266-room hotel with numerous seminar rooms<\/strong> with views of the slopes. Finally, a more economical 305-room Holiday Inn Express is also included in the development plan. All these projects are due to start later this year, and will result in the creation of 885 additional rooms. At a time when demand from business travellers is strong in the vicinity of the airport, hotel capacity at Paris CDG will rise to 3,700 rooms by 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
