It is a good illustration of the message conveyed by the new study published by the <strong>GBTA Foundation<\/strong>produced in partnership with <strong>Sabre<\/strong>entitled Travel Manager 2020. According to this survey of some <strong>230 Travel Managers<\/strong>A large majority of professionals (61%) feel that evaluating and integrating new technologies is a 'very important' part of their job. And 75% believe that this will be the case in the near future. Applications related to <strong>mobile booking<\/strong> and the duty to protect (<strong>duty of care<\/strong>) are focusing the attention of Travel Managers. And they see these technological advances as an opportunity for their profession. In fact, according to the Travel Manager 2020 study, 84% of Travel Managers expect their role in the company to become even more crucial over the next three to five years, thanks to mobile
