We've been working on this subject for several years and we were able to test it at the end of 2014 by presenting our Delsey Pluggage concept online. The result: 130,000 visits to norte site and YouTube, but also 7,000 votes that highlighted travellers' main expectations. To our great surprise, the geolocation of the luggage only came fourth, behind the estimation of the weight of the suitcase, the possibility of opening it by fingerprint and the possibility of knowing whether the luggage has been opened during the journey. For the past year, we have been working with Air France on a co-branded high-tech line, which should be launched in 2016. Our aim is to integrate everything that can make travelling more enjoyable.
