The project <strong>targets both start-ups and larger companies<\/strong>. To meet the needs of different customer segments, Bouygues Immobilier's subsidiary offers a highly flexible range of services, including <strong>an adjustable surface<\/strong> from one month to the next, according to needs, and on a subscription basis with no time commitment. The Nextdoor centre totals <strong>2,600 m\u00b2 of work and meeting space<\/strong> spread over three levels with a total of <strong>225 workstations<\/strong> equipped,\u00a0<strong>70 coworking spaces<\/strong> and no less than <strong>13 meeting rooms<\/strong> video and videoconferencing. The private offices are accessible 24\/7. The centre also offers practical services such as domiciliation, concierge services and car parking.
