And yet it is often beyond the control of companies, who ultimately lack visibility over information that is so precious when it comes to managing their business travel budgets. That's why Avexia unveiled a new solution at the IFTM Top Resa<\/a> its new White Paper : \"In search of lost spending<\/strong>. The report, produced with the consulting firm Concomitance, is based in particular on the 5th edition of the Business Travel Observatory published last March by the business travel agency. It deciphers the various issues involved in controlling this data, by looking at five categories of expenditure<\/strong> most affected: costs of prevention<\/strong>fresh road<\/strong>fresh ancillaries<\/strong>fresh hoteliers<\/strong> and restoration<\/strong>. According to the white paper, \"30 to 40 % of business travel expenditure is not managed\".
