A small event is about to mark the history of the famous Normandy hotel. For the first time in over a century, the hotel will close its doors on 1 November, before being reborn next April. \"It's truly a new Normandy that will see the light of day next spring,\" warns Dominique Desseigne, Chairman and CEO of the Barri\u00e8re group. More than a hotel, Le Normandy is the family villa par excellence, with values that are conveyed at every moment: welcome, charm, excellence, empathy, emotion and family. All these values will be even more present next spring and are in line with the Barri\u00e8re group's desire to enter a new era with innovative personalised services that have been totally redesigned to offer our customers an incomparable stay of relaxation and pleasure\".<\/p>\n

The H\u00f4tel Barri\u00e8re Le Normandy Deauville has been undergoing a metamorphosis since 2010, in This period of closure will mark the culmination of the renovation work carried out in stages since 2010 at the Normandy, without the hotel closing its doors until then: the roof, reception and lobby, as well as around 80 suites and rooms have already been affected.<\/p>\n

This makeover is part of a more global policy initiated by the Barri\u00e8re Group since 2013, costing almost \u20ac210 million for the Group's hotels and casinos, and which will eventually involve all the emblematic establishments: the Majestic and the Gray d'Albion Cannes, Le Royal La Baule and L'H\u00f4tel du Golf Deauville, and now the Normandy hotel.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
