In practical terms, once they have arrived at their destination, passengers are informed of the carousel in which their baggage will be distributed. From June onwards, the exact delivery time will also be available, so that passengers do not needlessly scan the conveyor belt... In the event of unforeseen circumstances - \"exceptional\", the airline assures passengers - where the baggage arrives on another flight, a notification is sent to the passenger, who can then request that the baggage be forwarded by form.
