Six French business travel specialists have just launched the<strong>Alliance Biz Travel<\/strong>Air Refund, TravelEnsemble, Bird Office, Business Table, Expensya and MagicStay. \"\u00a0<em>While retaining complete independence, the strategic alliance enables Alliance Biz Travel start-ups to pool their promotional efforts and raise their profile with companies (newsletters, trade shows, etc.).<\/em>\u00a0\"says the press release. Val\u00e9ry Linyer (MagicStay) added: \" <em>In BtoB, acquisition time and costs are higher than in BtoC<\/em> \".<\/p>\n<p>In addition to raising their profile with corporate customers, the various members of this nascent alliance intend to <strong>play the complementary card,\u00a0<\/strong>. \" <em>At customer meetings, we can offer companies a comprehensive and complementary range of services<\/em> \"says Arnaud Katz, CEO of Bird Office.<\/p>\n<p>In concrete terms, the six founding members of the alliance are committed to a <strong>quality charter<\/strong> in terms of customer service, with Live Chat, a 24\/7 Hotline and the opinions of other professional users.
