Version 7 of this tool, dedicated to locating and controlling travel risks, has been enhanced with new features focusing on communication with travellers. The solution emphasises multi-modal communication, enabling travellers to be contacted by email, text message or voice message automatically generated from the text message. For their part, professionals on the move can simply confirm receipt of a message, or respond to a request for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>Taking stock of your teams, giving them instructions, determining whether they need assistance - these are the crucial actions to take during a crisis.<\/em>\u00a0\"says Charline Gelin, Security Manager at International SOS and Control Risks. \"\u00a0<em>Emergency communication must be multi-modal to ensure that employees potentially affected by a crisis receive the information they need to reduce their exposure to the associated risks. Their user experience has also benefited from significant improvements, with a simplified interface, particularly on the mobile version.
