Among the hundreds of thousands of applications, we felt it was important to create a label, mHealth Quality, which analyses these applications according to several criteria: medical relevance, the legal and regulatory framework, but also their ethics. For example, if <\/span>they are not intended to suck up the LinkedIn address book<\/span> or if they are closely linked to one brand of medicine and prevent you from switching to another on pain of losing years of history. Among those I would recommend for business travel, I would start with the <\/span>Traveller's Vidal<\/span>the famous medical book, and also <\/span>MyVaccines<\/span>. Very well designed from a medical point of view, this virtual vaccination booklet makes it possible to manage the schedule of vaccinations in a secure way and to warn of necessary booster shots, when travellers generally worry about this three weeks before departure. It also includes<\/span>\u00eetre <\/span>objects to improve sleep quality, such as the connected headband <\/span>Dreem<\/span> or the bracelet <\/span>Bit<\/span>.<\/span> Personally, I have a bit of trouble sleeping with it, but I have friends who can't do without it, because it means you always wake up feeling good. By capturing the agitation that accompanies the moment when sleep becomes shallow, it wakes you up at the right moment, not in the middle of REM sleep. I wouldn't be surprised to see an airline offering this type of solution to its business class passengers one day, given its ability to reschedule travellers.<\/span><\/p>\n
