This remains difficult to implement in the other direction because of the regions crossed, which wish to keep their stops. The best journey time is 3 hours 03 minutes, which is still better than by air, given our centre-to-centre offer.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">Why did you decide to stop Lyria Corner at Paris Gare de Lyon?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This is because our passengers now have access to the SNCF's Grand Voyageur lounge in Hall 2 of the station, which offers greater hourly coverage for equivalent services. This change has led to an increase in the number of business travellers using the lounge, particularly in the mornings. On the other hand, we need to find a solution for our lounges in Geneva and Zurich, as Swiss Railways decided to close them at the end of 2016 due to insufficient traffic. We are currently looking into this.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The ticket change on the mobile app will be operational by the start of the 2017 school year.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a71f31;\">What are your priorities for 2017?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lyria will continue to work on its fundamentals such as punctuality - which, in 2016, has so far amounted to 93 % - and service, with a standardisation of practices in order to build customer loyalty through the quality of our product. For example, we will be launching an invitation to tender for on-board catering. Above all, Lyria is going to simplify customer interaction. The change of ticket on the mobile application will be operational by autumn 2017. Digital technology will also enable us to personalise the relationship between the passenger and the ticket inspector, who will have access to the customer's profile with his or her file, loyalty points, etc. This will enable our customers to be better recognised on board. Finally, safety is obviously one of our concerns, with the presence of uniformed and non-uniformed security guards on trains.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\"We want to build
