Already available since <strong>2015<\/strong> in a consumer version, the<strong>application Qwidam<\/strong> is now tackling business travel. The social network for emergency situations has just launched <strong>QPRO<\/strong>which defines itself as \"\u00a0<em>a closed, secure network in which employees from the same group can help each other all over the world\u00a0<\/em>\".<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XdLWz19CcDo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This new communication tool, based on the<strong>user anonymity - <\/strong>\"\u00a0<em>you don't know who's where but you know there's someone there<\/em>\u00a0\"summarise those responsible for the tool<b>\u00a0<\/b>- works both vertically and horizontally. To put it plainly: a traveller arriving at his destination can use the application to find out whether other employees in his network are nearby, and if there is a problem, contribute to the group's information and mutual assistance. At the same time, the <strong>safety department<\/strong> the company can communicate with these same travellers, to anticipate a <strong>crisis situation<\/strong> or deal with them more effectively. \"\u00a0<em>This transversal and vertical flow of multimedia information on a dedicated medium <strong>reassures and reconciles employers and employees<\/strong> around growth projects<\/em>\u00a0\"say the QPro designers.<\/p>\n<p>[newsletter]<\/p>\n<p>Already adopted by several major CAC40 companies, QPro joins the two other versions of the tool devised by Qwidam:\u00a0<strong>Qcitizen<\/strong>social media in emergency situations, and <strong>Qzone<\/strong>to broadcast geolocalised alerts.<\/p>\n<p>While security has now been identified by companies as one of the most important <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/securite-croissance-technologies-amex-annonce-la-couleur-pour-2016-2-20160128.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">priorities <\/a>the most crucial in terms of <strong>travel management<\/strong>several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/politique-voyages-securite-entreprises-francaises-peuvent-mieux-faire-20160920.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studies <\/a>are still pointing to the lack of measures put in place to rationalise this issue, and to keep employees informed.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qwidam is taking on the business travel market.
