The emphasis will be on a sense of service, coupled with new technologies. \"\u00a0<em>On arrival in the rotunda area of the lounge, [passengers] can either use interactive terminals to make the most of their time on their own, or talk to the Air France staff present.<\/em>\u00a0\"says the press release. \"\u00a0<em>Equipped with a <strong>tablet<\/strong>They are at the disposal of each customer to assist them and provide personalised responses to their requests.<\/em>\u00a0\"we add.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>a considerable advantage for Air France over our competitors<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On the catering front, Air France is banking on a \"new generation of catering services\". <strong>new Parisian brasserie<\/strong> \"An airport version of the chic bistro.
