The business travel agency took advantage of the trade show to <strong>Business Travel Show<\/strong> organised <strong>London<\/strong> to introduce business travel professionals to these new tools designed to improve expense claim management. The new solution is based on three components designed to simplify the task of travellers and optimise the management of business travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Egencia Open Sync<\/strong>The first part of the triptych is still in beta version. But Egencia can assure you: \" <em>a pilot will soon be available to customers and partners<\/em> \". The tool allows business travellers to upload receipts and credit card transactions directly to the Egencia website, then switch them to their expense reporting system with a single click. With <strong>Egencia Open Connect<\/strong>Using API technology, the agency has set up a vast network integrating the agency's partners specialising in the management of travellers' expense claims and risks, as well as ERP software publishers. The result is a reporting and data management platform with new functionalities, including simplified integration of new partners.<\/p>\n<p>And finally.., <strong>Egencia Travel &amp; Expense<\/strong> is a business expense management solution integrated with the agency's technology.
