A few weeks after Mildred<\/a><\/strong>within the Lufthansa<\/strong>Now it's the turn of Vueling<\/strong> to equip its passengers with a virtual assistant, a chatbot<\/a><\/strong>to use the most fashionable English terminology. And once again it's a more Latin-sounding female name that has been chosen to accompany the passengers: Eva<\/strong> is the new mobile tool that will accompany travellers on their journeys around Europe.<\/p>\n

Six months of work<\/strong> will have been necessary for the Vueling teams to design this first version of the chatbot. Which is already available free of charge<\/strong>The company's mobile application is available on Android and iOS.<\/p>\n

Like other Chatbots, Eva allows travellers to interact with this new virtual assistant. The tool also includes a Timeline<\/strong>which proactively sends travellers various types of information. Reminding passengers to finalise the details of their flight the day before departure, clarifying the airline's baggage policy, indicating the boarding gate or baggage carousel at the right time: these are just some of the tasks assigned to Eva. Its geolocation<\/strong> It also guides passengers through the airport. Passengers also receive useful notifications from EVA to guide them through the airport.
