As consultants or sales representatives, they are split between their customers and our various sites. Grenoble, Sophia-Antipolis and a few sites in Paris account for most of them. People are grouped together wherever possible.<\/p>\n<h2>What are you doing to maintain the HP culture?<\/h2>\n<p>P-Y. T. - First of all, this culture is strong. Passion for the customer, efficiency, trust and agility are all sources of confidence. Secondly, our premises have the same layout from one site to another. The unification of processes is a wish of users who want to focus on their added value, their customer. All our sites have a coffee shop, and we organise quarterly get-togethers to discuss results. Every month, the Issy-les-Moulineaux site organises a 'happy pot', to which everyone is invited.<\/p>\n<h2>What management support measures have you put in place?<\/h2>\n<p>P-Y. T. - Contact within the team is maintained by synchronising 'conf'calls', meetings in virtual classrooms. But the first challenge is to ensure that the objectives are the same for everyone. There has to be alignment, otherwise there's misunderstanding and wasted time. On an assignment, each separate consultant in the team chooses a host manager, a local point of contact for all questions. This host manager chooses this activity in addition to his usual team.
