And not just any offices, as they will be spread over the 28 floors of the future Oxyg\u00e8ne tower, designed by Arte Charpentier and due to open in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>At 115 metres, the Oxyg\u00e8ne tower will become Lyon's second 'mini skyscraper', alongside the Cr\u00e9dit Lyonnais tower. As a bonus, it will be awarded the High Environmental Quality label and will have a very attractive appearance, with plenty of natural light to delight its occupants.<\/p>\n<p>The SNCF will be the main tenant of these new spaces, as the railway company plans to occupy the first 17 floors, representing 16,000 m2 of office space.
