Onefinestay has just added <strong>Add San Francisco to your list of destinations<\/strong>In addition to London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles, Rome and Miami. This specialist in the rental of top-of-the-range private residences with hotel services already offers around fifteen houses and flats in the Californian city, and plans to have around fifty by the end of 2017. \"<em>San Francisco was an obvious choice. It's a dynamic city, renowned for its quality of life, economic activity and tourist appeal. But above all, it's a city that our existing clientele, both owners and guests, were asking us to add to our portfolio.<\/em>\"explains Keyvan Nilforoushan, Managing Director of onefinestay. Launched nearly three years ago by Paul Besnainou, the Franco-Israeli start-up Sweet Inn should now be able to <strong>expand its offering in Europe<\/strong>. It currently offers 350 flats in Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Brussels and Lisbon, as well as in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Amsterdam, Madrid and Milan could be the first cities targeted.<\/p>\n<p>Led by Qumra Capital, an Israeli fund renowned for its investments in technology companies, and accompanied by another Israeli fund, BRM, this round of financing was followed by two other investors, La Maison and the Luxembourg investment holding company M.I.3.<em>These new shareholders will give us the resources we need to accelerate our development and, above all, to take part in the digital revolution that is underway, with <strong>the development of technologies<\/strong> The resulting breakthroughs promise to radically reconfigure the industry.<\/em>\"said Paul Besnainou, CEO of Sweet Inn.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onefinestay and Sweet Inn continue to expand.
